My alma mater (1982 for my AOS degree and 2021 for my master’s degree), The Culinary Institute of America just turned 75. They asked me to shoot the festivities at Copia in Napa, CA. From concerts to bread classes to young CA wines to dinner to dessert, they do food so well and it was a great day.
