Undaunted by the current challenges in the hospitality industry, vegan chef and plant-based food entrepreneur Matthew Kenney has hardly slowed down. He has expanded his offerings online with the Food Future Institute and is doing take-out & delivery at all of his 43 restaurants worldwide, when restrictions do not allow for indoor dining. Luckily, many have outdoor dining options, including his most famous place, Plant Food + Wine in Los Angeles.
