Manuka Honey – A Sweet Shoot

Kate Seymour is the creative director for this shoot for Pacific Resources International, an importer of manuka honey and other gourmet food products from New Zealand.

In our first round of photos, we created many great recipes and visual uses for the manuka honey. In our second round, we focused on the packaging, including a huge grid of all of their products. The grid was Kate’s vision to show an abundance of delicious, organic products. There were also micro grids showing groups of packages that bring many categories together to tell the story about the PRI brand.

The manuka honey is such a beautiful amber color and the flavor is just lucious. It has the essence of flowers with a rich caramel taste and thick texture. There is never one use, it can be used to sweeten tea, cheese, nutella toast, and as a glaze over fruits and baked goods.
