I recently took a little field trip to Half Moon Bay and came across a farm stand that was selling pumpkins. They had so many of the small pie pumpkins in many varieties so I bought a basketful.
My own garden is featuring a few varieties of greens including rainbow chard and kale. The colors of the greens are very rich and it is especially noted when they are all on the table together.
Speaking of table, my new carpenter is making a lot of wonderful creations including this huge cream tabletop. It was made from a 100 year old barn.
