My studio has a new ice cream compressor. Check out the romantic raspberry ice cream, our first edition! The ice cream recipe was created with just 4 simple ingredients: Fresh raspberries, natural turbinado sugar, sea salt, and heavy cream. For the sauce, we used pureed raspberries, and then we added just a touch of bittersweet chocolate shavings. Maybe this is a great idea for Valentine’s day?
