Have you ever wondered exactly what causes the steam that comes out of the top of a champagne bottle?⠀
It’s caused by adiabatic cooling - a term used in thermodynamics. The sudden drop in temperature causes tiny droplets of fog to form and come from the bottleneck. 🤓⠀
