Case Study: Jeremiah Watt

  • Jeremiah Watt: Jeremiah, or “Miah,” pursues a creative storyteller approach to photography. By being a person involved in the adventure at hand, rather than someone looking from the outside in, he’s able to capture candid moments that would otherwise be lost in time.
  • Client list: Yeti, Patagonia, Jaybird, Black Diamond, Kuhl, Utah Tourism, and more.
  • Miah is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

CASE STUDY BREAKDOWN

Clients :: Scarpa / Rab

Job Description ::

Rab: Capture the range of new AW21 insulation pieces and introduce the “Winter Defines Us” campaign, with a focus on insulation pieces.

Scarpa: Capture a select range of mountaineering boots in action including the Scarpa Phantom Tech, Manta Tech, and the Charmoz HD.

The Project :: This was a joint assignment for two European brands aimed at capturing a typical day of technical ice climbing in North America. Showcasing the latest technical gear from Scarpa and Rab, the goal was to capture the desire to get out and enjoy the cold, wintery conditions, and the key role that proper equipment plays in keeping warm, safe, and comfortable.
