After Mr. Merle’s photography class, I went on to graduate from SVA and got my first real break working for B-Hive Productions with Steve Bronstein and Howard Berman. At the time, they were shooting the largest campaigns in the country, including those iconic Absolute Vodka ads. They very generously allowed me to use their space on nights and weekends, and I took full advantage, tirelessly testing and building my own book. This is a photo I took during that time, which was recognized in the Communication Arts Photo Annual.
