This trip from our home in Texas north to Montana will be our first extended journey with our new travel trailer. Google Maps predicts the trip should take 27 hours each direction, but we soon learn that what should be an 8 hour day take us 12 by the time we stop 34 times for kid bathroom breaks, snack and playtime, and the inevitable meltdowns (from both kids and parents).
