BurkleHagen is an upscale commercial photo studio that specializes in food photography for local and national brands, restaurants, chefs, cookbooks and other food-related projects. This series, shot for the multinational food chain Burger King, showcases their team’s expertise in uniting contrasting colors with delicately-styled still life arrangements — offering a captivating taste of the studio’s highly sought after photography style.
Known for their consistency in delivering content that goes above and beyond client’s expectations, BurkleHagen takes visual projects to entirely new level. With co-founder Andrew Burkle behind the lens and professional food stylist Claire Vredevoogd spearheading the edible arrangements, it’s no surprise that this project resulted in just the sort of stylist branding Burger King was hoping for. BurkleHagen elaborates:
This series is from an exploratory shoot we worked on with Burger King, pushing their marketing imagery in a more contemporary direction. Our goal was to capture images with a focus on fresh ingredients, and represent the product in a way that felt real and true to the Burger King brand – not overly styled or fussy.

BurkleHagen combines the shared vision and passion of its two creative founders: Andrew Burkle and David Hagen.
