There are a handful of photo competitions each year I participate in in hopes of winning or reI’ve entered over the years in hopes to receiving some recognition for my work. After years of entering the APA National Photography Competition and always coming up short, I’m beyond thrilled to have an image that I’m so proud of, which brings awareness to the epidemic of plastic polution in our oceans.
