Harold Lee Miller is finishing a collection of images called Shadow Mission that will be on exhibit starting June 6 at his Indianapolis studio/gallery, then move to the Ivy Tech gallery in Columbus for the summer. Featuring photographs of men of the Mankind Project, it is named for the process by which men in the MKP identify the dark impulses that can drive their behavior and keep them from being their truest selves.
Using a combination of images and handwritten statements, Miller shows what these men have shared about themselves and how they use their insight to create a better world for themselves and everyone else.
20 photographs of 10 men. All are invited, and all will leave challenged and changed.
