David Martinez recently had the opportunity to spend an afternoon photographing the incredibly talented chefs at State Bird Provisions. He said it was such a pleasure to watch the kitchen go from prep to the rush of a completely full restaurant. They were there about a week before Stuart and Nicole were headed to New York to find out they had won the James Beard award for “Best New Restaurant”. David said their excitement and energy was barely containable!
