In Nashville, Tennessee, a couple of guys are going Wonka —well, not really, but they do work in a chocolate factory! Jason Thompson and Scott Witherow are the driving force behind Olive & Sinclair Chocolate Company; a “bean to bar” company, they import their cocoa beans —mainly from Ghana and the Dominican Republic —and mix it with brown sugar for purely delicious chocolate. Witherow, the company’s founder and owner, has been harboring a sweet-tooth since childhood, so it is natural that he would become an artisan chocolatier.
