Finally, An Excuse to Buy Playboy…

Bar Crudo recipe, December 2012 Issue of Playboy

It’s official… I’m featured in Playboy. OK, so it’s a food spread rather than a centerfold. I received an unexpected request from Playboy to go to a local San Francisco seafood restaurant  Bar Crudo. The subject was raw and minimally dressed (how fitting) Yellowtail Crudo, the Italian version of Ceviche.  Now all you foodie men out there can buy an issue of Playboy and genuinely say you’re “reading it for the articles.” Enjoy!
